Pankhearst: Tell us about your poem/story in America Is Not the World.

Rhiannon Thorne: This poem is based off of two very vivid dreams I had one night. I did my study abroad in Madrid, Spain. So this poem is a little about that. It’s also about the best love story I know: my Grandpa My and my Grandma Suzy. I guess when my heart dreams, it dreams these two things together.
